REVIEW MASALAH KOMUNIKASI DALAM FILM

Movie Title : Hope

Review & Communication Problem :
The film is based on a true story, the infamous Nayoung Case in 2008, in which an 8-year-old girl, named "Na-young" in the Korean press, was raped and beaten by a drunk 57-year-old man in a public toilet. The court sentenced the man to only 12 years in prison, which caused outrage in the country due to the brutality of the crime and the man's history of physical and sexual violence.
As the movie goes on it has three main focuspoints, the first is the legal aftermath of the assault and the trial that followed. This part really makes me boil. How easily you can get away after doing such a terrible thing scares me. Even in Sweden where the laws against these type of crimes are better then in South Korea it still is far from desirable.
The second focuspoint is the childs recovery from the terrible assault. And it's hard to watch in the beginning. The fact that the girl who experienced these horrible things thinks it's somehow she who did something wrong is heartbreaking.
The girl get help with processing everything with the help from a psychologist and by her family I various ways. She goes from blaming herself to figuring out that she's not to blame for these things that happened to her and she learns how to live with the aftermath of the assault without sacrificing her spirit or freedom.
And finally the part I thought was the highlight of the movie, which was the parents dealing with the trauma. The parents responds very different to this trauma and it's really interesting to see these different ways to deal with everything.
Out of the two parents I find the father's journey most compelling. It's heartbreaking to see the dad deal with the fact that helping his hurt daughter ends up hurting her more in the beginning. She rejects him for most of the movie cause he reminds her of the assault to much. I can't even imagine the feeling seeing your child be that scared of you.
But the father finds brilliant ways to be there for his daughter even when she won't see him. It's a difficult way he has ahead of him but very inspiring to see. The father also has some of the best lines in the movie, especially in the court.

Problem Solving :
Finally So-Won can recover and continue the school and can plays together with friends. The old man was in prison, but not worth with his mistake. Her father disagrees with the punishment, but  So-Won has forgiven him and sincerely.

Suggestion :
Jung-Sook's dialogue on the approach to So-Won deserves to be used as a reference for anyone involved in the world of children. Fishing with light dialogue, rewarding with sticky stickers / stickers, bringing a cheerful atmosphere without having to provoke the events that happened to them, oriented towards the recovery of victims, did not provide arguments against the victims even though the statements conveyed statements that were sometimes absurd, sometimes fatalist, even suicidal desire. From sign language, nodded shook his head, until he wrote the answer, until finally he could chat smoothly.
It is here that the public can be understood that a professional social or psychiatric worker is important in efforts to restore those who experience psychological social problems. It is not easy to approach the victim, accompany the victim's family, give advice and consideration until it is sufficient. Everything must be done with careful consideration and knowledge that is qualified, because wrong in step can lead to something fatal socially psychologically to the victim.

ANALISIS PERMASALAHAN KOMUNIKASI BISNIS DALAM PERUSAHAAN


PT Golden Castle , bergerak dalam bidang konveksi atau textil, mengalami permasalahan antara perusahaan dengan karyawan. Permasalahan ini terjadi yang disebabkan oleh adanya miss communication antara atasan dengan karyawannya. Adanya perubahan kebijakan dalam perusahaan mengenai penghitungan gaji atau upah kerja karyawan, namun pihak perusahaan belum memberitahukan para karyawan, sehingga karyawan merasa diperlakukan semena-mena oleh pihak perusahaan. Para karyawan mengambil tindakan yaitu dengan mendemo perusahaan, Namun tindakan ini berujung pada PHKbesar-besaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan.

Analisis :

permasalahan ini seharusnya tidak terjadi agar atasan dan bawahan tidak terjadi konflik. Yang terjadi disini yaitu miss communication antara atasan dan bawahan. Yang mana seharusnya atasan memberi tau kepada karyawan terkait dengan perubahan penghitungan gaji atau upah kerja karyawan. Karyawan bisa saja menuntut perusahaan dengan terjadinya begini. Seharusnya atasan dan beberapa karyawan harus mengadakan pertemuan dan rapat untuk masalah ini agar adanya jalan keluar biar tidak terjadinya demo dan phk besar-besaran. Disebuah perusahaan seharusnya ada serikat pekerja agar jika terjadi seperti ini serikat pekerja yang turun tangan dan menghadap atasan.
